Honda CRV Vtec For Sale From UK At Reasonable Price

Honda CRV Vtec for Sale Designed To Increase the Power Driving Experiences

The Honda crv vtec for sale has a sporty and dynamic style, deeply revised especially in the front that now refers to the wonderful feeling of the Japanese brand. At this point, it had better having an overview of the Vtec.

The VTEC

Hence, The VTEC (Variable Timing Electronic Control) is a system developed by Honda and to improve the volumetric efficiency of an internal combustion four-stroke engine, this system uses two camshafts and electronic selection profiles. This system was invented at Honda R & D by engineer Ikuo Kajitani and known as HYPER VTEC.

To regulate the operation of a four-stroke engine, the intake and exhaust groups of the valves are driven by camshafts, with eccentric lobes, whose shape determines the opening angle of a valve (how long it remains open ) and its elevation (of how far it is removed from the seat), to adapt the engine to the behaviour of the working fluid (mixture of air and fuel), before and after combustion, since these have physical limitations on their flow, as their interaction with the ignition spark. This distribution system is optimal for the various operating ranges of the engine, because it adapts to the various engine speeds, while with traditional distributions, to have an optimal operation at low revs, you must have values of advance, delay.

Initially Designed To Increase the Power

The VTEC was initially designed to increase the power of engines with a specific power, while maintaining the practicality of use required in the field of mass production vehicles, while some later versions, with variations in the system, They are designed exclusively to provide improvements in energy efficiency, or for increased power, as well as better efficiency in mileage, but in practice an engine with such a system is difficult to design and implement. The opposite approach of this system is to produce a camshaft, which is more suited to operation at high operating speeds and to use the VTEC to improve the behaviour at low revs by having the performance of a camshaft designed for basses.

Designed To Provide the Engine With Two Distinct Characters

The VTEC is a simple and ingenious system. In fact, it has been designed to provide the engine with two distinct characters depending on whether it is in operation or not. Basically, the engine has two different cam profiles, one for low speeds and one for higher ones. When a certain regime is exceeded, the solenoid opens a valve which pushes a pin and allows the two rocker arms acting on the valves to be integral with each other; in this way, the stronger profile (which when the system is not running freely rotates) can act on the valves thus increasing the lift of the valves and allowing the engine to suck more air, then petrol and consequently increase the power. Obviously, in this phase, the less performing profile of the cams present on the tree will rotate freely without determining any effect in the distribution.

However, the power of Vtec in used Honda CRV should be checked before paying Honda crv vtec price so a real zeal of happy dealing could be done.
